Bay Breeze - 3 Min Walk to Beach

I am requesting a 50% total refund. Positive: Nothing related to the home or its location Negative: The entity who managed the rental told me we did not have a reservation and so we waited out on the porch in the dark to get in. There was no King Bed - my son had to sleep in the top twin bunk and its ladder pulled away when he climbed out causing him to injure himself during the night. A kitchen drawer front came off in my hands and had just been placed on the drawer - there were no screws. The property blamed us for a blind being down that was up when we left. A rodent tried to get into the bedroom with the double - not queen as stated - through the vent we have a video.

The house was just the right size for our group. It is in a good location. It looked just like the photos and had a good floor plan. It had most things we needed. A few things need to be updated, the kuerig only makes half cups of coffee no matter what setting you put it on, but at least it worked. The basement door lock was broken and the back porch screen door wouldnt latch so it banged in the wind. The house was clean and tidy and i would book it again.
