Bay Breeze - 3 Min Walk to Beach

Great to be at Tybee as always. Huc-a-poos pizza is amazing. Location is good; host not helpful. Positive: Close to beach. Washer and dryer on site. Cart to take to the beach; beach chairs. Nice downstairs shower. Beach towels. Clean house. Negative: This location was chosen due to saying there were bikes available. Truthfully, there is one adult bike and one child bike at the location. I checked with host because we had a group of 3; there was supposed to be bikes that could be requested from Host Co. I thought the host was helping since the Host Co. website didn't have the option needed. I checked in with the actual host and they said to contact Host Co. who didn't get back with me except via email after an extended period of time and thought we were the host and wanted our host number. No one called; not the host or Host Co. No bikes ever came. My adult disabled child was very disappointed and asked daily; so I would message the host who gave us a cell number but didn't answer after Tuesday. We stayed Sunday-Friday.

Beautiful property. Short walk to a pristine beach. Had everything we needed even a crockpot! We will absolutely use this company again. Perfect spot. Great price. Made our vacation such a precious memory.

Not Good Tybee is not for us, Dolphins highlight of Stay Positive: Nice inside but very outdated, bathroom, Coffee maker was not big enough, needs some TLC painting , interior as well as exterior, Bikes were locked up could not get to them, as advertised Lost internet connection on wireless phone. Negative: 3 minutes but the route was not good very outdated too, Tree ruts in paths, lots of rules but no concessions for your stay, Power outages , Queen Mattress, Box Springs very uncomfortable

I am requesting a 50% total refund. Positive: Nothing related to the home or its location Negative: The entity who managed the rental told me we did not have a reservation and so we waited out on the porch in the dark to get in. There was no King Bed - my son had to sleep in the top twin bunk and its ladder pulled away when he climbed out causing him to injure himself during the night. A kitchen drawer front came off in my hands and had just been placed on the drawer - there were no screws. The property blamed us for a blind being down that was up when we left. A rodent tried to get into the bedroom with the double - not queen as stated - through the vent we have a video.
